Traditional skills को market demand के अनुसार upgrade करना।

इस Scheme के तहत benefit लेने के लिए applicants को निम्नलिखित criteria पूरा करना होगा:
आयु: 18 से 35 वर्ष के बीच।
किसी recognized vocational training institute या registered artisan का होना।
Skilled craftsmen, traditional artisans या handicraft sector में काम करने वाले लोग।
Preference उन लोगों को जो economically weaker section (EWS) या minority communities से आते हैं।
Scheme के अंतर्गत selected artisans को विभिन्न प्रकार के training programs में enroll किया जाएगा। इन training programs में निम्न चीजें शामिल हैं:
Modern craftsmanship और design techniques
Quality control और product finishing skills
Entrepreneurship और business management
Digital marketing और online sales platforms के लिए training
Health and safety measures in workshops
Training duration 3 महीने से लेकर 12 महीने तक हो सकती है, और हर trainee को certification भी प्रदान किया जाएगा। Certification से उनकी employability और credibility market में बढ़ती है।
Government ने scheme के तहत selected candidates को financial assistance भी दी है। इसमें शामिल हैं:
